These terms govern your use of longstridepets.com and any purchase of LongStride products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

LongStride is operated by Isaiah Galland (sole proprietor or LLC, TBD). Contact: support@longstridepets.com.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Products
LongStride sells dog dietary supplements. Our products are intended for use in healthy adult and senior dogs. They are not a substitute for veterinary care. Consult your veterinarian before starting any supplement if your dog is on medication or has a health condition.
Product descriptions and ingredient panels are as accurate as we can make them. If we discover an error, we'll correct it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that resulted from a clear pricing or description error.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders automatically renew at the cadence and price shown at checkout. You can pause, change the cadence, or cancel anytime in your account. Cancellation prevents future shipments but does not refund shipments already processed.
If we change subscription pricing in the future, existing subscribers will be grandfathered into their launch price unless we give 30 days' notice and renewal is at the new price.
Payment
We accept payment via Shopify Payments. By providing payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge it for the order amount, including tax and shipping where applicable.

Health Claims & Disclaimer
LongStride products are dog dietary supplements, not drugs. We make no claim that they cure, prevent, or treat any disease. Statements on our site and packaging have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Always consult a licensed veterinarian if your dog has a health concern. We are not a substitute for veterinary advice.
Intellectual Property
The LongStride name, logo, copy, and design are our property. You may not copy, modify, or use them without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LongStride is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We provide it "as is."
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LongStride harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of our products or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
