Where We Ship

LongStride ships within the United States only at launch (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is on the roadmap.

We ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and standard residential and commercial addresses.

Processing Time

Orders ship from our US fulfillment partner within 2 business days of order placement. We don't ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

Delivery Time

  • Continental US: 3–7 business days from ship date.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: 5–10 business days.

Shipping Cost

  • Subscription orders: Free.
  • One-time orders over $35: Free.
  • One-time orders under $35: Flat $5 shipping.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email support@longstridepets.com.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking shows the package hasn't moved in 5+ business days, email support@longstridepets.com and we'll open a claim with the carrier. We'll either reship or refund — your call.

Damaged Packages

See our Refund Policy for damaged or defective items.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, email support@longstridepets.com as quickly as possible. We can change it before the order ships but not after.

For subscriptions, you can update your shipping address anytime in your account.
