We stand behind our product. If you or your dog isn't satisfied, we'll make it right.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If your first bag doesn't work for your dog, email us within 30 days of delivery at support@longstridepets.com and we'll refund the full purchase price. You don't need to ship the bag back — keep it or donate it.

This guarantee applies to your first purchase only. Subsequent refund requests are handled case by case.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@longstridepets.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Subscription Refunds

If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a shipment you didn't want, email us within 48 hours of the charge. We'll refund the order before it ships if it hasn't already left our warehouse. After it ships, the standard refund window applies.

How To Request a Refund

Email support@longstridepets.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the refund
  • Whether you'd like a refund to your original payment method or store credit

We typically respond within one business day. Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

What's Not Covered

  • Bags more than 30 days past delivery (outside the first-order guarantee window)
  • Subscription shipments that have already arrived and been opened, beyond reasonable use
  • Shipping costs on returns where we cover the refund (you don't need to return the bag)
