The Product
What's in it?
Per chew: 250 mg glucosamine HCl, 200 mg chondroitin sulfate, 100 mg MSM, 100 mg New Zealand green-lipped mussel, 50 mg turmeric extract, 50 mg omega-3. Soft chicken liver base. No corn, no soy, no artificial preservatives.
How is it different from \[other big-name brand\]?
We make one product. Most senior joint chews have 4–10 SKUs and you have to figure out which is for your dog. We did the picking for you, used clinically-supported doses, and ship it on a subscription so you don't have to track it.
Is it safe with other medications?
Generally yes. If your dog is on NSAIDs, steroids, or blood thinners, ask your vet before starting any joint supplement. LongStride is not a substitute for veterinary care.
Where is it manufactured?
United States, at a GMP-certified facility that's a member of the National Animal Supplement Council (NASC). We'll publish the manufacturer's name once we've finalized the partnership.
Is there a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Every batch is tested. COAs are available on request — email support@longstridepets.com.
Dosing & Results
How many chews per day?
- Under 25 lbs: 1 chew
- 25–50 lbs: 2 chews
- 51–90 lbs: 3 chews
- Over 90 lbs: 4 chews
How long will a bag last?
A 90-chew bag is about 30 days for a medium dog. Smaller dogs get more time per bag; larger dogs get less. Pick a subscription cadence that matches.
How long until I see results?
Most owners see something at 4–6 weeks. Inflammation symptoms (stiffness on rising, slower walks) often improve first. Real mobility changes take 6–8 weeks of consistent dosing.
What if I don't see results?
Email us within 60 days of your first order. We'll refund a bag and talk through whether LongStride is right for your dog.
Subscription
How does the subscription work?
You pick your dog's size, we ship a bag every 30 days, and you save $5 per bag versus one-time pricing. The first bag ships within 48 hours of order.
Can I change the shipping frequency?
Yes. Log into your account and switch to every 45 or 60 days if a bag is lasting longer than expected.
Can I pause or skip a shipment?
Yes. One click. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Same place — one click in your account. We won't make it weird.
Will the price ever go up?
Subscribers lock in their launch price for the life of the subscription. If we raise prices later, you're grandfathered.

Where do you ship?
United States only at launch. International is on the roadmap once we validate domestically.
How fast?
Orders ship from our US fulfillment partner within 2 business days. Most US addresses get delivery in 3–7 business days.
How much is shipping?
Free on subscription. Free on one-time orders over $35.

What's the return policy?
30-day money-back guarantee. If you or your dog isn't happy with the first bag, email us and we'll refund it. Keep the bag.
What if a bag arrives damaged?
Email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement.
